Our team's extensive knowledge in the rules and regulations of local and international capital markets enable us to assume an active role in assisting clients with their listings and fund-raising exercises. Our past experience includes assisting the companies in China and Hong Kong to list on the NASDAQ / OTCBB in the USA. We have the necessary connections and expertise to assemble a multifunctional team to provide listing and consulting services to our clients.

Ivan Wong
Director

Ivan is the founder of RIW and has affluent experience and knowledge in both accounting and auditing field.  Ivan is a certified public accountant (practising) in Hong Kong and a fellow member of both the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).  

Before Ivan established RIW, he was the manager of the audit division of KPMG and Ernst & Young and exposed continuously to extensive auditing, IPO listing, major merger and acquisition exercises, restructuring and reorganization assignments etc. 

Lucy Hui
Director

Lucy is a certified public accountant (practising) in Hong Kong and a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA), the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Taxation of Institute of Hong Kong (TIHK).  She has more than 18 years’ experience in auditing and accounting.  Before joining RIW, Lucy worked in the audit division of Ernst & Young and was the executive management of the financial department of state-owned enterprise and private company listed in Hong Kong. During her service in the listed companies, she was responsible for leading merger and acquisition and capital market fund raising projects. Lucy has been appointed as the Independent Non-executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Sau San Tong Holdings Limited, a company listed in Hong Kong from March 2008 to December 2016.

Claudia Chan
Director

Claudia is a certified public accountant (practising) in Hong Kong; a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA); and a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA). Claudia has over 20 years of experience who focuses in conducting audit and assurance services for listed and private companies, due diligence reviews, and merger and acquisition engagements for companies across different financial and manufacturing industries.

Jerry Wang
Partner, Greater Bay Area

Mr. Wang has about 20 years’ experience in financial management and planning, leading cross-functional teams and delivering on commitments. He worked as Strategy and Investment Director in two Chinese listed companies, leading the listed company investing in an AI Unicorn company (CloudWalk) in the Angel round. Prior to joining the list company, Mr. Wang worked as Transaction Advisory Director in EY and Audit Manager in KPMG. Mr. Wang has led more than 200 buy/sell side transactions (deal size ranging from US$500k to US$800 million) for MNCs, PE investors and large state-owned enterprises in a broad range of industries in the PRC M&A market, with a focus on AI, IOT, Big Data, information security, intelligent hardware, Fintech, food, pharmacy/healthcare, real estate, e-commerce, environment protection and automobile industries. In the corporate auditing areas, Mr. Wang led and participated in the following major projects: (a) IPO: Yurun Food, China Merchants Bank, SINOPEC, China Mobile; (b) Annual Audit: Vanke, China Mobile, SINOPEC, China Southern Airlines, Angang Steel, Yizheng Chemical Fabric, Zhuhai Zhongfu; (c) Internal Control Design and Review: China Mobile, BAK, PCI.
